Welcome to the DeKalb County School Districts’s Records Center! Please follow the instructions below to request records. Contact the Special Education Records Office directly for special education records.
Alumni
Alumni records may be requested via email or fax:
Email – Send completed Transcript Request Form along with a copy of your valid, government-issued photo ID to: studenttranscripts@dekalbschoolsga.org
Fax – Send completed Transcript Request Form along with a copy of your valid government-issued photo ID to 678.676.1005
Current Students
For current DCSD students, all general education documents, such as transcripts, immunization records, attendance records, birth certificates, grade reports, and disciplinary history reports, are maintained at the local school. Please contact the student’s home school to request your records or visited your student’s parent portal.
Education Verification
Send all Education Verification requests via email to: studenttranscripts@dekalbschoolsga.org.
Include the following for processing:
- Signed Release
- Name used while enrolled in the DeKalb County School District
- Full date of birth
